Alicia Krolak is a Business Analyst for the RPAS Traffic Management Team at NAV CANADA. Alicia has a degree in Cognitive Science from Carleton University with a Specialization in Cognition and Psychology and a Minor in Psychology. She also has a Certificate in Web Development. Alicia holds her Glider and Private Pilot Licenses as well as her RPAS Level 1 Complex Certificate and Flight Reviewer designation. Outside of NAV, she is an RPAS training instructor. In her current role, Alicia supports the development of NAV CANADA’s future RPAS Traffic Management system. In her previous roles, she supported large scale web development projects at Qlik Technologies, she supported UTM research for AAM at NASA Ames Research Center. She also did research with Carleton’s Advanced Cognitive Engineering (ACE) Lab in the use of virtual reality for cognitive assessment and training for pilots.
