Biography

Major-General (Retired) Simon Bernard devoted 37 years to the profession of arms, holding command positions at every level. A graduate of advanced military studies programs in Canada, France, and the United States, he distinguished himself through his expertise in strategy and capability modernization.

Following his military career, Simon founded his own consulting firm specializing in defence and security. He now leads a multidisciplinary team united by a shared commitment: to serve differently, with rigour, innovation, and excellence.

Bilingual in French and English, results-oriented, and firmly focused on innovation, Simon Bernard now brings his strategic and operational experience to private-sector organizations seeking to enter the defence market.
