By way of background, Josué was trained as a military air traffic controller and fulfilled various ATC training and manager roles in Trenton and Bagotville. He then spent four years as an instructor supervisor and manager at the RCAF School of Aerospace Control Operations. He also led the team conducting operational inspections and training oversight for all RCAF aerospace control units across Canada, including time as an ops center team lead at the Canada NORAD Region HQ. He is currently managing the RPAS Traffic Management team at Transport Canada, and co-chairs the RTMAC and associated working groups alongside NAV CANADA. Josué holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master of Public Administration from Royal Military College of Canada (RMC).
