Bob Bezpalko

Biography

Bob is the executive director of Alberta HUB, the regional economic development alliance of northeast Alberta and has worked with many investment projects specific to rural Alberta in the industries of Agriculture, Energy, Manufacturing, and Aerospace. 

Bob works closely with the 48 members of Alberta HUB which includes municipalities, First Nations, 

Metis Settlements, Colleges/Universities and business/Industry and has the expertise in enabling investment on a regional scale. 

In his position as a regional economic development professional, Bob has played a meaningful role in supporting investment which in turn enhances the quality of life in the Alberta HUB region. Bob realizes that working collaboratively in a team environment with other organizations and government departments enhances positive results. In 2018 Alberta HUB was recognized as one of the top 20 investment locations in Canada which was a major achievement showcasing his economic development skills.
