Paul Bolt

Biographie

Paul Bolt joined Transport Canada in 2023 and is the Program Manager, General Flight Standards within the Strategy and Emerging Technologies Branch. His team provides operational and technical expertise to support the development and implementation of regulations and policies related to emerging aviation technologies.

Paul brings more than 30 years of aviation experience spanning military, commercial airline, helicopter emergency medical services, and flight training, including leadership roles in operational management, training, and standards.

He holds both an Airline Transport Pilot Licence (Aeroplane) and an Airline Transport Pilot Licence (Helicopter), as well as an MBA in Aviation Management and Aviation Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management, specializing in Training and Development.
